  I had an account with Key bank for about 4 years and was very please with them...untill I ended up in the hospital delivering my first child 6 weeks premature. Under the circumstances my husband and I had forgotten to make a deposite that we had been planning on making that night. We overdrew the account by $50. As the fees started adding up I called the bank and tried to get them to freeze my account or just close it out and they wouldn't even do that. I was told they couldn't close it out untill we had a zero balance. So since we were unable to keep up with the fees that $50 mistake cost us almost $600 before they closed the account and stopped adding fees. Prior to that I never had a problem with them but I didn't appreciate that when I did have a problem it was my problem and there was no one willing to help.
